This project consists of a full replacement of the main switchboard, distribution panels, and all associated electrical equipment within the building’s main electrical room of a multi-family building in Downtown Los Angeles. The work is carefully phased to minimize downtime and ensure continuous power to critical systems. The upgrade enhances safety, capacity, and overall system performance to meet modern electrical demands.
