This project involved the replacement of a central boiler system in a 33-story residential high-rise in downtown Los Angeles. The scope included the safe removal of the existing unit, installation of a new high-efficiency boiler, and coordination with building management to minimize disruption. The upgrade improves system reliability, energy efficiency, and overall comfort for residents.
